Changing Nameserver to 1PLUS.NET

I have changed few of my domain Nameserver to 1plus.net, domain are registered at godaddy. It has been more that 20 Hours since I changed the Nameserver to 1PLus.net, my domain control panel also show the Nameserver as 1PLUS, but when I access the web site it still open up old content. Normally by my previous experience it used to get updated with in 4 - 6 hours, But it has crosed 20 hours. do I need to worry or still how much time should I wait, before contacting support.

and is the down time issue with 1PLUS resolved ? or it still persist....

Domain propagation takes about 48 hours generally. Sometimes less, sometimes a bit more.

Changing NS is instant for most good registrars. You might be behind a proxy server though which does not update content frequently. This can be overcome by REFRESHING the page or by adding a "/?" to the URL.

e.g. www. domain.com/? should work.

If that doesn't work, and your nameservers are pointing to 1Plus, I'm out of ideas

Have you cleared your cache, cookies, temp files, etc?
