Changing forum server

i have an ipb and i was wondering i want to change my server but i have no idea what do to, i backed up my forum and now it is in a zip file on my pc but i dont know what to do from there, any help would be great

Did you backup the whole forum directory and the MySQL database? If so, your new host can help you on moving.
