Can I sell the name?
Can I park the name?
Can I own the domain at all?

To be totally informed is to cover your tracks. there is no real short cut to law. Use the search to find key phrases of what you are looking for.:wave:

I still don't understand if I'm allowed to sell the domain. I appreciate the help but I'm looking for someone to tell me straight-up, can I sell this domain.

No one can stop you selling a name… Also you can’t stop them claiming your cyber squatting, registering in bad faith etc? You’re looking for a yes or no answer when there is simply not one..?
It could be that millions of people have this name combination (very hard for anyone to put a claim to it )or one person (very easy for them to claim it) It may be trademarked etc without knowing the name your simply not going to get an informed answer… but it tends to be if your asking the question you have already answered that it was registered in bad faith, cyber squatting etc in most peoples eyes… unless you could demonstrate that you had good reason to register it ?
