On wednessday a Texas-based Web site that tracks the creation of new English word released that the word "web 2.0" is the 100,000,000th word in the English language.
Some say "“Nonsense!” say some linguists. It's impossible to count words. A “stunt,” say others. There are no certified rules for legitimizing words. (And would “legitimize” count as one word and “legitimizing” as another word? Seems a bit redundant.)

So what do you think? is "web 2.0" even counted as a word?
Thanks
Sean
