ccTLD geo-targeting effect in Bing - Help and Inputs Required

Hi,

I own a example.cctld which has two parts:

main site: www.example.cctld

sub-folder: www.example.cctld/in/ (targeted to Indian news updates by selecting Geo Targeting> Directory in Bing)

sub-folder: www.example.cctld/uk/ (targeted to UK news updates by selecting Geo Targeting > Directory in Bing)


My Question is: In Bing Webmaster > Geo Targeting > If I add www.example.cctld as DIRECTORY TARGETING TO USA, then will all Pages and Subfolders/Directory (i.e. IN and UK directory) under the main domain be targeted to USA?

www.example.cctld = targeted to USA
www.example.cctld/about.html = will be targeted to USA?
www.example.cctld/deals/ = will be targeted to USA?
www.example.cctld/in/ = will be targeted to what? India or USA?


OR

Bing will honor the www.example.cctld/in/ directory (sub folder) targeting to India and will target main domain www.example.cctld (main site, excluding IN subfolder) to the USA?

Please guide me on this. thank you.
