I temporarily have a .CZ domain. The expiration date is November. Unfortunately I was supposed to renew in September due to their specific rules.
.CZ does not allow WHOIS privacy, I have a junk email folder full of phishing emails from the Czech Republic. I'm unable to renew due to the September deadline. This is one of the few ccTLD's I was willing to keep. Currently contacting the registrar to see if I can still renew.
Having domains at 4 different registrars trying to take advantage of a pricing deal amounts to penny pinching. It's also a logistical chore to constantly stay on top of your renewals. I'm at fault for not reading the fine print on .CZ.
If you invest in ccTLD's make sure they don't have renewal period well in advance of your expiration date.
