Let me be clear. I make typos and spelling mistakes nearly every day! I'm not a Nazi about this, but when it comes to branding I have strong opinions as I try to encourage my buyers to pay for quality domains that are appropriate for an international audience. The word candies, while possibly an actual word terrible, because it's not speaking English and because candy is also plural like Fish. It's like if I were to have a site called FishesMarket. This has nothing to do with Enlish as a second language. This has to do with Education/English Fluency. I am an American living in Europe and I have non-Anglo, European friends who would be just as confused by these kinds of names as I would.

And to think that a 95 year old company (SEES Candies) went and named their company without consulting you prior. Unthinkable.

Serious question to the experts: Does names with CBDrich[product] dot TLD make sense or is CBD always worked in high concentration? Disregarding the creation of less attractive 3-word domains here.

About 5 years ago when CBD was just starting to get popular, it used to be referred to as “high” CBD as in high in percentage, since it was still being extracted from cannabis and not hemp, but that has been completely dropped at this point. The “rich” I believe is in the same vein and will be definitely be dropped.

No one will spell it out to you here, because you know...we're all competing for the same keywords that companies use to market, because you know...why would a business owner want to buy a domain with you know...words they don't use in marketing or branding...you know...it's probably a waste of money, but your business bro! But what do I know. I'm not a sheen user...

The trend is upward but I wonder if we're in a bubble and we'll hit peak CBD. Who is buying the domains and who is using them?

Not disputing CBD is a popular product and getting bigger, just not sure that needs to feed into domains. Also there are a lot of small sellers, and now we have a domainer feeding frenzy on.

A lot of niche sites are selling this on crap domains - I have one or two where small players are selling on crappy variants of the domain and I get no offers on those.

Id very safely say , this is really just the beginning ! Almost the beginning of the beginning.
CBD's impact has yet to be felt, this is NOT going anywhere but UP and for quite a long ride.
Its a World Wide market that has no current ceiling. It truly is something of the Future.
Not often you get to see a "new" product grow like this, well in my lifetime and im 42. I watched the internet be born. I wasn't going to miss this ride.

Those of you who were fortunate to have been involved in the Domain Industry prior to this explosion and saw the headlight coming up the tracks , well congrats.

It's NOT just a 2 word game.

We have had this discussion in the Cannabis Thread. 3 Words of CBD have been selling and will continue to sell, as simply placing a well searched "KeyWord" in front of or behind CBD does not make it anymore valuable then a EMD 3 word CBD, if its not relevant to the industry.
Im not an expert on SEO or Backlinks , Crawls , Alexa ranks , etc. But the sales are there.

An example of what I think to be a strong , sellable 3 word .com

Had i been in the game years ago like most , of course i would have just chosen Cbd Supplement. Ya have to make do with what you have.

But , there are some really crazy names being bought up like hot cakes. Bags of poo. Funny. Very similar FOMO sprees comparable to those new to Penny Stock investing. Or investing in general. Just big old bags of poo that will last for as long as u want to pay the rent.

Even the 3 word cbd.coms are basically All taken. Crazy. Are they all going to sell. Of course not. But neither will all the CBD{keyword} .coms. Id much rather own a 3 word EMD then CBDhat. com Again , what do i know im 8 months in.

Incorrectly spelled domains can sell carob, but when it's an incorrectly spelled, misused plural, then it's doubly terrible.

I don't see someone paying a lot for it aftermarket, if anything, but I could see someone using it.
