Anybody here know of and/or have tried a PPC program that is directly through a specific casino site? If so, how was it?

Might want to try out Fabulous. They reign supreme when it comes to casino traffic.

Usually we do require at least 50 domains for membership into our wholesale/ppc program, but can make exceptions.

Feel free to apply at https://secure.fabulous.com/signup_wholesale.htm and paste a sample of your domains into the application form. I will make sure you are given some special consideration.
