The value is hard to say because few things the views probably came form sedo themself as people looking at the domain and etc.. I would say imo reg fee unless those views are comming from somewhere else.

I dont think all visits came from sedo.
I just parked yesterday and from then i got more than 100 uniques while my other 70 domains dont have that activity rate.
I think traffic cames from other places.

Well.... Casino is a really valuable keyword, and com.pk is a
rather bad extension. Mid XX should be possible :imho:
