I was just offered $150 for a poker domain that I just parked at sedo three days ago.

This is my first time selling a parked domain and I would appreciate any suggestions on how I should handle negotiations from here?

Help

I have also recently been in negotiations for one of my domain names with sedo (ukhiphop.co.uk). I was offered £150 , this was less than i think it is worth as uk hiphop is a very fast growing market, so in my case i made him an offer that was a comprimise between his offer and my asking price. Unfortunately he pulled out of the deal, but i am confident i can get what i want for it as i get 300-500 unique visits a month without any marketing, which means with parking revenue i will make more than £150 a year anyway!. Isuggest if it is a good name dont sell it to cheap.

take the $150 unless there is something special about the name....

We need the name for the appraisals section, otherwise we aren't quite sure how to value it.
But in general: If you like the $150 offer, take it. If not, counter high.

I would go with what Allen says....

But remember, the poker business may be big, at the moment, but it could fall off dramatically, or continue to rise, its a risk you will have to take.....
