Carros is a monthly Dutch car magazine and this is their website (and Carros.nl as well), I always read it at the barber when I'm going to get a haircut

No, 'cars' in Dutch is 'autos', I actually think there are not many people in Holland who know that Carros means Cars in Spanish.

carro(s)
coche(s)

If I well understood , "coches" is better in Spain while "carros" is better in LatAm. (Carros,com sold recently for a big amount)
