Can't see my home page

Hello all .. I am new to this forum

I registered a site on godaddy.com and uploaded an index.html file
Now if i log on to my site from my home network , i cant see the changes .. but i can see them ( i mean my new home page )from other computers * at work and such * ...

I'm totally new to webdesign .. how can i solve this ?

I tried clearing my browsers cache but its not working.

If you just registered the domain, it might take up to 48 hours for your (home) ISP to update their DNS.
