Page Won't Load

I have a page on my web site that will not load after I hit ctrl+F5. I have to go into the browser options and clear cache for it to load. This only happens in Firefox, IE works fine.

page link not working after ctrl+F5 is the "apply" button on top of that page.

After doing ctrl+F5 from the home page the apply page won't even load if I put the whole page address in the address bar or Firefox. http://www.dnguild.com/dnapply.htm

I use Dreamweaver to make the pages. I have tried recreating the page with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you get the same error when clicking reload/refresh in firefox?

i dont know of many people who press ctrl+f5... if anything, just f5. how did you even run into this error, lol?

I have no problem here accessing those 2 pages :D

I fixed it.

Around line 216 a background tag was pointing to the apply page. I removed the background tag and all is well. Not sure how it got there though.

I also got same error some time ago. But it was on a AJAX enabled page.
