"Cannot calidate traffic-details"

I often search for expired domains with traffic. I run them trough Estibot, and in many cases when the traffic is high, it says something like "Traffic-rank cannot be validated: The traffic of www.xxx.com seems to belonf to www.xxxx.com"

Does this mean that the trafic-stats I saw are owned by xxxx.com or is xxx.com just been redirecting to xxxx.com or what?

So, would I get the hits shown by Estibot to my domain or not?
