Are you buying it in bad faith to target a company using that name? Then no.

Otherwise you can probably register it. Just be smart as to avoid the appearance of bad faith.

This form of question always reminds me of an old "joke" along the lines of "If you are traveling down the road in a wire canoe at 100 miles an hour, how many pancakes does it take to cover a doghouse?"

Whether or not it's a good idea to register a domain name is not determined by the status of a trademark registration application in some unidentified jurisdiction. It might be, it might not be.

Maybe a better analogy is asking whether a dog with brown fur has rabies. A dog with brown fur might have rabies or it might not have rabies. Whether it has brown fur doesn't answer that question.
