Can WordTracker results be manipulated? If yes, how easily?

At times I see word tracker results that seem way too high and OVT results for the same term are much lower (and more in line with common sense).
Is it possible to inflate WT results? If yes, how hard/likely is it?

Here's just one example of what I'm talking about. WT Result for "Domain" from today:

Look at the 4th result. Is that someone experimenting with manipulation, or an error, or what is it?

I bet someone here knows. Obviously, in the actual wordtracker example I posted, the 4th entry is not something that anyone typed into their search engine.
Every once in a while I come a across wt results that are not possible. What causes these abnormalities?

Someone here must know. Here's another example, perhaps more subtle tha the previous one. Word tracker results for "flights" from today:

cheap flights 7339 12944 dig
flights johannesburg 5771 10178 dig
flights 3990 7037 dig
flights riga 3625 6393 dig
cheap flights paris 3207 5656 dig
flight tracker 3018 5323 dig
flights vilnius 2962 5224 dig
flights moscow 2850 5026 dig
flights tokyo 2496 4402 dig
flights sydney 2278 4018 dig

I think that there are at least 3 possible problems here:
1) Flights Johannesburg searched 5770/10180 times every day. The number sounds too high. It is only slightly lower than the result for "cheap flights".
2&3) Riga, Latvia and Vilnius, Lithuania flights are searched more often than Moscow, or Tokyo or New York flights? My guess is not so much.

Anyone know the reason for these results? I suspect that someone who wants to sell something is manipulating the results... Or am I missing something? Are Riga and Vilnius huge tourist attaractions during the summer? OVT gave zero results for one and well under 1000 for the other for 90 days.

WT is supposed to show what people typed into their search engine? Or do I not understand what WT results are?
There is no way that 20 people per day type this exact phrase into their search engine: rand bright wide belt metal finishing machines wet process.
