What are they asking?

CHANGE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRANT

The registrant is the person or company that carries the title for a domain name. You can determine the registrant of a domain name by performing a name search on our Search Page and then clicking the "Registration Info" link on the results page.

Customers can change registrant information for a domain name in the My Account section.

WARNING! Please keep in mind that when there are listings for both an individual and an organization, the organization takes precedence. If you enter incorrect, misleading, or vague information, you may effectively relinquish your rights to and/or your control of the domain name.

If you are transferring your domain name to another person or organization, you may want to place that domain name in a different account. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Have the receiving party create an account with NameSecure. You can create an account by clicking the "Log In" button at the top of any page on the site. Please note that when creating this account, the domain name that is being transferred should not be used for the contact e-mail address.

2. Fax the information below to NameSecure (if the domain name registration has the name of an organization listed, the request MUST be on company letterhead for that organization):

Current account username and password
Domain name to be moved
New account username and password
Statement requesting that the domain name be moved to the new account
due to a change of registrant

You must also include the following:

If the domain name is currently registered to an organization, you must include all of the following: If the domain name is currently registered only in the name of an individual, you must include all of the following:
1. A photocopy of a business license, tax document, or credit card bill which names the organization listed as the registrant in the current WHOIS and the name of the individual who is authorizing the registrant change
2. A photocopy of a government-issued identification (such as a driver's license or passport) for the individual who is authorizing the change of registrant
3. Signature of the individual named in items 1 and 2

If the domain name is currently registered only in the name of an individual, you must include all of the following:
1. A copy of a utility bill which names the individual listed as the registrant in the current WHOIS
2. A copy of a government issued identification (such as a driver's license or passport) for the individual listed as the registrant in the current WHOIS
3. Signature of the individual named in items 1 and 2
Then after it's pushed to the dummy account the buyer has to do all that again to move it to the existing account? The other option I guess is to allow the seller full access to your account info until the push is complete?
WTF?

NameSecure is a bother to push within .... and YES , they do expect all of that information.

It is definitely safer to create a dummy account and let the new owner have the entire account after you push the domain(s) into it ~ :imho:

Yea All4Cost, I have an account named "DomPush" at the other Reg's, I make up a new pw, send it to whoever, when its pushed to them and out of push account I make a new pw... no problem. But these people want me to give someone the keys to my house, with a map to the floor safe and most of the combination...I might just pay transfer fee's out... Screw 'em

Iam staying away from the small DN registers,They have no flexability,I'd rather pay a couple of bucks more and feel comfortable with my DNs.
