Okay, i own a big site which hosts around 35 others including subs.

I am having problems on the current set up, and i cannot gain FTP control but i can get in WHM and use a certain extent of cpanel options.

What i need to do is back up EVERYTHING which would be tonnes of gigs, or to transfer it some how.

Please tell me i can do this and how

Try contacting your host or person you lease a server from to get a backup and then go from there.

I didn't see this. If you know SSH its really easy. If not and you haven't got the backup just let me know.
