Are both words fairly common dictionary words? Are there any TMs with the same word-combo as you're planning on reg'ing (for example: blueprime.com)?

If the answer to the first question is yes and the answer to the second is no, I don't think you have a problem.

I can't find any trademarks on USPTO.gov for "prime cover" either. It looks like you are pretty safe since this is just a type of insurance coverage.

Good luck with it! :)

As with all domain names, usage plays an important part in determing the infringement of a TM. Using your example, if you decided to try to sell it to Prime Inc. ot if you have services on the page of insurance or recovery, then bad faith could be argued and a good possibility exsists that you could lose the domain. In the domain world (under UDRPs), it seems there is no such thing as "generic" anymore. It is a sad reality, but as long as you protect yourself, you should be ok.
