Can I pre-optimize Domainsponsor ?

When i go to one of my domainsponsor URL, there is no optimization yet.

But, for a car related domain by instance, if i search for "car" in the search box,
i see many car related links.

Can i redirect my domain directly to this "car" result page ?

You have to email them and request to have manual optimization enabled on your account. They you can put whatever keywords you want (subject to approval).

I'm not aware of this manual keyword for optimation. I will go check with them as well.
