but you might risk your parking account getting banned also the TM risk of the domain itself were still exist

Sure you can park TM domains if you buy them and want to do so. And I’m pretty sure those companies/entities of those TMs will be really appreciative of that proof of your TM squatting as they pursue those $100,000 fines/penalties against you in each instance of such. good grief...
