I have a domain am about to Register, it is. Net version, but my worry is the name is not much popular, but it is registered in 7 different tld, aside. Com, I don't know if it is advisable to Register @Haris

I don't get it. You said "the name is not much popular", then you say 7 websites are fully developed, and the .com is for sale for $113300. If the .com is listed at such a huge price, and there are other 7 domains taken and developed, on the same name, then why the .net is available?

It may be a foreign co., in a land where they don't care about the dot net or dot com, if the other suffixes have been developed first. If I were to speculate further, I'd say that the dot com owner is dreaming, hoping to sell the domain to one of the cos that has already developed the other suffixes.

What you never lost $15 on a domain? Just buy the thing who cares if one isn't worth thousands. If 7 other extensions are taken what advice do you need?

And both were Non-English...

I see no reasons asking for this kind of question 7 extesions taken on a particular keyword and you are having opportunity to take the .net at reg fee.
However, may I ask how old are the .com and other 7 taken? I think $10 is not much for taking risk on this type of name, you can even have it with promo price.
