Can domain regged with NamePro's be transferred out?

Just wondering what happens when I have a buyer for one of my domains regged here with Namepro's and he wants to have it transferred to say Goddaddy or some other registrar. Is that possible and how? Or can the domain only be transferred between Namepro's accounts?

Yes it can be transferred out.
