Can anyone push a .asia domain?

have anyone tried pushing their .asia domains from one account to another.ive tried but i cant.they say its not possible eventhough it is an asia address.ive called godaddy customer support but they are blur also
so anyone experience a problem like mine?

I have one account for all .asia names. If i manage to get a bulk seller for all the names inside am i allowed to pass the account to the buyer? As in give the godaddy acct , the email account (they are both newly created for .asia domains only) to the buyer.Is this allowed ?

Am waiting for the 60 days if no other options.
