first of all, i don't speak spanish, but I think the standard keyword for real estate in spanish is "inmobiliaria". "inmobiliario" is only used in connection with a male noun, like "portal inmobiliario", "centro inmobiliario". (at least that's the impression i got after 2 minutes of googling)

inmobiliaria would be feminine and inmobiliario would be masculine.

That is right.

"Inmobiliaria" works as a noun and as a femenine adjective.
Example as a noun: Esa inmobiliaria cerró (That Real State Agency closed).
Example as an adjective: Tasación inmobiliaria (Real State Appraisal).

"Inmobiliario" works as a masculine adjective.
Example: Sector inmobiliario (Real State sector) Negocio inmobiliario (Real State business)


For a specific combination you should ask the advice of a native speaker, to make sure the expression works and is used in spanish.
