Portuguese Speakers - Translation required please!

I was wondering if any Portuguese speakers would be able to confirm that "Balé" is the correct translation for the word "Ballet". Is that the one & only translation of this name?

balé is one of the right spellings of ballet, but balê is also accepted, at least in brazilian portuguese. Hope I´ve helped you.

It is, but at least in Portugal we use the original word Ballet and not another...
