Caloocan is the third-largest city of the Philippines, with about 1.2mn inhabitants. Located just north of Manila, the Philippines' capital. Has a number of good resorts and many attraction places.

If Cairns.tv, with Cairns population being about 120,000, was appraised for mid xxx here in another thread, then what could be an appraisal for a city with ten times larger population?

Just curious, but why would you ask for Spanish speaking domainers for this? Don't they speak Tagolog in the Philipines?

I know you asked for only Spanish speakers, but since nobody came forward I'll tell you what I think.

First, Cairns is much more known and popular throughout the world, no matter the population. I think its value goes way beyond the population numbers.

Secondly, I think that ANY city in the world with 1.2 MM population is going to be worth a substantial amount. I would say low XXXX. The reason I say low is because many people have never heard of this city, I know I never have. If it was a more known city, value would be substantially more, IMHO.
