Calling all programmers - Need specific script!

I need a script that would basically allow people to enter in their zip code and get all upcoming events (in this case, wrestling) in their area. It would be even better if someone could get this script to integrate with vBulletin, because vBulletin would be a great way to manage this information. I would need to be able to allow certain people (promoters) to add their feds' information so I don't have to do it all by hand. Plus, being integrated with the forums, it helps out activity there as well.
