Calamity.net This site is almost 10 years old. Value?

Any of you have any idea as to the value? A friend of mine has had this for years, and he seems willing to part with it. What is a reasonable price for this domain? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Penn,
I'm a huge fan of older names, that gives it more value for sure.
.com has been registered since 1995-08-14
.org on afternic is asking for $700.00
I couldn't find an asking price for the .com
I'd say the .net should be close to mid xxx or a little higher because of it's age.
The problem will be developing it, I'm not sure what you'd develop it into?
