cabi.net??

I was messing around with domain names like pi.gs and cabi.net and it seems that cabi.net is mirroring my localhost. Does anyone know what's going on here?? Anyone who has Apache on their computer, can you try this, is it true or is it just me? Just Curious

Maybe that is the purpose they intended. For themselves, maybe not realizing (or possibly so) that others would be able to use it for the same thing, instead of localhost.
