.ca domain question

I registered www.jeanco.ca at papa.ca. At the moment I'm told the reason my site isn't showing up is because the nameservers aren't acting correctly and I was given new ones to change them to.

However, without being able to access papa.ca (as it too appears down) am I unable to change them until it resolves? Is there some way I can do it through cira.ca?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
You must access papa.ca domain manager to change your nameserver or profile.

They will update your new nameserver directly, if you change your profile CIRA-CEI will send you email (subject: Confirmation Required For Critical Change To Your Registrant Profile) than you have to login with your CIRA user account and private password to approve the change.

PS : papa.ca resolved, hurry change your ns :)

I'd suggest caDNS.ca :) or possibly even eNOM if you find the right price.

I have several .ca's with RegFly & they have been troublefree.
