Ownership is monitored and those who register names without a true Canadian presence will probably be detected, and lose the domain names.

There is a maximum of 5 .ca registrations per client under the sale price.
The sale is on until the end of November.

yea spoke to em too. never saw support this bad... when I asked em why they dont put this crucial info on site they said they decline to answer. lol
