Just wondering if they care cause it's still promoting their brand. Right? or is the issue that they should be the only ones allowed to market their brand?
I believe Pampers is trademarked by P & G... That would make it's value $0.
Even if that's not the case, I doubt many people would search for "Buy Pampers" over the internet...
Don't get me wrong... There is a great OVT score for Pampers... I just don't think you'll have near that level of success with the name BuyPampers.com.
1) yes, it is trademark problem.
2) And I actually have searched for Buy Pampers online. Ended up getting them through Amazon delivered for less then I paid in the store. (All hail Amazon)

Sometimes, I also think in that line. With names like this, you make the name diaper as almost same as pamper and the brand comes commonplace.
BuyIpods.com
BuyPS3.com
BuyPlayStation.com
I think those are not owned by the respective companies and they would like to get their brand marketed. And those also has a great potential for stores.
** But the risk is, they can demand their name anytime!
