I think you could do much better with this one (low $x,xxx), but the question is... do you want to wait possibly many months or years to find the right end-user buyer? All depends on your overall strategy... buy and flip for quick cash, or invest and hold for long term profits.

I agree with Gene, good loan domains are extremely hard to find. Personally,
I wouldn't entertain offers below $5000 if it was my domain.
