domain BuyLots.net - Appraisal Please =D

Hello,

I just recently purchase BuyLots.net and am thinking about possibly developing it, or just reselling. So I decided I would ask for some appraisals before I do either. So if I could get some appraisals that would be great.

It would be great for a droplister/liquidation site. I wouldn't sell for under $500

its ok, but its a .net and I'm not sure why it would go well with droplister site. I'd say low $xx maybe mid $xx, but could bemissing something

If nothing else, a liquidation site would be ideal. The only thing stopping this from being a $xxxx+ domain is the ext.

thanks for the appraisals thus far, I was also thinking that this could be used as a Real Estate website name. If that would help add anymore value.
