Do you guys agree?

Thanks

Have you tried a request with a very clearly specified set of descriptions. That is TLD, must be dictionary word, perhaps some popularity measure, length, positive. I have never tried to buy a $5000 name but would be surprised if you do not get goid replies, but maybe you have tried that already.
Bob
No specific TLD.

Dictionary word/s or combo word for .com or dictionary word/s for .co or dictionary tech word for .io or dictionary word/s for popular cctlds, even ngtld that look/sound/feel good

I ain't a .com fanatic.

I think if it was Sports.Center you could have asked for $5k to an end user...I am a reseller ๐Ÿ˜
I dont see much difference in those two new tld. Sport.house has good traffic coming. Has been just few months that I acquired them. My first new tlds, will wait for good offers.

Another way to try, if active on social media like Twitter, is to ask show me your best available name at $xk. When people like Rick S does it he gets many responses. He usually gives a one day limit. Some of the bloggers also do it from time to time.

It might work even better in request thread at NamePros. Allow each person to only submit their two best, with your criteria.

I don't think this thread is right place to get specific suggestions. Not even sure if by NamePros rules we are strictly speaking allowed here to suggest names for possible purchase.

Best wishes,

Bob

It's a general discussion.

People are commenting if there's some budget good names are readily available, which ain't true imo.

So, mentioned some figure I am willing to spend for good names to up the ante!

Anyone, think having to good names can dm me instead of posting on this thread ๐Ÿ™‚

Selling is always the hard part. But. at the prices Tier 1, 2 and 3 names are selling for at our aftermarket auctions today. projected Hold Time is much longer that it used to be, I think we are actually purchasing names at near value from the auctions these days, so maturity time costs us more money over the duration of ownership per tier 1 , 2 and 3 domain names today. with Tier 4 and 5 names being the flipper names of today IMO.

If you are strictly a sole domain name seller today, and have no other niche within the industry, i can only imagine the stress if you are working with a tight budget of capital, we are buying high today, which is very hard to juggle investment vs sales vs ROI.

Can you pls give a few examples of tier 1-5 names. Would like to verify whether my choice is almost universal or not.

Tier 1 = Smart dot com
Tier 2 = Fujj dot com
Tier 3 = Verysatisfying dot com
Tier4 = DebtPerfect dot .com
Tier5 = Housesloaner dot com

This is an example, however in all Tiers 1 through 5 there will be better names than i posted of course, but not to much worse in each Tier IMO

SmartPhone is Tier 1 , i think people might get discombobulated by it all, do research IMO
Smartly is high Tier 2 IMO
