Buying PR domains

Folks,

I have to buy a domain name with a good PageRank, and some backlinks, to put a website I'm developing and rank well at Google.

But I'm finding it very difficult to get a list of interesting domain names with PR for sale. I've spent hours at Sedo, The Domain name Aftermarket, etc., and these websites only focus on the domain name - not its positioning - so, it's impossible to filter or sort domains by PageRank and BackLinks. Do you know any way - or website - to get a list, or filter domains by pagerank?

I also thought about buying a license of DomainBroadCasting.com, a website which allows users to search a big database with expired domains (with PageRank information). But, I'm not sure that if I buy a membership I'll find the right domain. The domains they show in the "trial / free" version are ugly names. Do you have any experience with this website? (or any other expired domain agency)?

Thanks for your help!!!

PabloAF this exactly what we do with the Pareranked domains we offer
We try not only to find them but also make sure as much as possible that will retain their PR after Google dance
We must also try to verify that the links back to the sites are strong enough to hold it

Many sites (i don't refer to the one you mentioned above) list pageranked domains without checking if their PR is true or not, solid or not. The majority of pageranked domains are forged domains that point to reputable websites. These websites are worthless

Most of the sites with pageranked lists, check the PR of the Google Toolbar reading, disregarding the other datacenters. You may see a real PR and after a few days this PR drop to 0 or close

Generally you need to be careful when you buy Pageranked domains

To get an idea check my posting for PageRanked domains PR1-PR4

This is also a good alternative (not my site):

PCnames.com/traffic/

However, as Kenom said, you still have to be carefull when buying domains with PR.

Yes odditysoftware release these lists for some time now
However don't forget that the PR reported doesn't have to be the actual PR of the name, so don't count your money to it. Research it more ...

Thanks you all for your answers!!

I looked carefully to each link you gave, all of them are very interesting. I haven't found the right domain name for my project yet, but I feel I'm in the good way.

Another interesting tool I discovered is http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html, to detect false pageranks

A little out of topic but why dont you develop your website on new domain and then do directory submissions, buy backlinks to increase the PR, That way the PR will be 100% genuine and you wont have to worry about its disappearance in future updates.

Even suffi suggested the most obvious method i can agree that these are the 2 method you have :

1. Choose a verified PR domain and build your site on it
2. Choose a name and build the PR on your own

1st method
(-) : Not the exact site name you like
(+) : The site has PR right away and listed in search engines already

The exact opposite for solution number 2
