* Must be priced. No "make offer" games.
* Must be able to verify ownership by responding to an email sent via whois. This is non-negotiable.
* Just because my budget range extends to XX.XXX doesn't mean all names are worth that. Dreamers and moon-shooters need not inquire.
* @ a certain price point, Escrow.com, I'll eat the fees.
With the economy behaving as it is, these names are in the absolute crapper right now and will likely stay so for quite some time, so if you have decent mortgage keywords and want out, let me know since no one else seems to want them.
