What do you advise, buyer email confirmation ON or OFF?

If the inquiries are so many that make it hard to keep up or you get spammed on specific domains then on. Otherwise, off, because there's always a possibility that the confirmation email will end up in the buyer's spam folder and the offer never reaching you.
