Confirmation Link Problem

I registered an account in one of the forums it's twilightfans.forumakers.com
Then i was waiting for the confirmation link that was emailed to be by that site.
After an hour i see no Confirmation link in my Inbox so i registered again. But still no confirmation Link comes to my email. Ive already registered 4 accounts in that site still no results. So i end up nothing. I haven't join the forum because of that.
What seemed to be the problem with this.? Is it my email or the forum's confirmation link is expired.

Hi,

I'm not familiar with them... your best bet would be to contact their support with these questions. If they are not communicating with you, I'd stay away from them. Of course, make sure there is not a problem with your email service or filtering first.

Well,If you are using a free email provider such as Hotmail, make sure it did not get in your "Spam" folder.
