Does people buy expired/deleted domains to sell it for low cost for the purpose of quick bucks even though they could be worth alot?

Some people are happy with a quick flip. If I know something is worth "a lot", in the given case ...I'm happy waiting

I think as time goes on the quick flip model is dying.

It is very hard to turn it into a viable, repeatable business model nowadays.
