I think the forum looks great. The colors work well together. The topics specific, but broad enough to cover most aspects of running a business.

I think kinkarso thought you wanted someone to make all the changes.

Good looking site..
1. you've wasted lots of space on the header.
2. Latest News,Users online etc. maybe shifted to the right bacause if they are on the right the attention keeps shifting to them.
3. The Top nav. bar could be centered.
4. The bottom nav bar is like this
