.us Business.us domain auction cancelled - Fraud?

Here is a copy of an email I just received from eBay regarding the Business.us auction that I was bidding on:

"Please be advised that the following auction:
5799730929 - business.us domain name America's Business Website was ended early by eBay. The auction was ended due to the account suspension of the seller. All results for this auction are null and void.
