Business Script needed! (No clue where from)

Guys -

for my latest acquisition (Chrome.US) i'm looking find a business directory script similar to www.mfg.com
I strongly assume that mfg.com is completely custom, but there's gotta be something similar out there.
What i'm looking for should have the ability to:
list a company including logo,
google or msft maps with the location of the company
their offerings - eventually pricing
customer rating

and for revenue purposes, ad slots, banner spots and adsense placement spots

and...if the whole thing is free - i'd be the happiest camper :tu:

anything open source out there?

Hey Mike have you tried the sobi2 extension for joomla? it is free and has the features you posted like upload logo, google maps, even customize entry forms (the review plugin is a separate download for this extension).

thanks for the waypointer. I've been using Sobi and MosTree, i may just end up "back there" again - if no one else can point something out
