Property for Rent - SCRIPT NEEDED!!!!

Hey guys,

Im looking for a Script that could need some changes so easy money if you know your way about php!

I want to create a Property For Rent website for my city.

Specifications:

++ Search
- Price
- Location (multiple)
- Property Type
- Min Bed Rooms
- Furnished

“Enter your email address if you'd like daily email updates for this search“.

++ List Property
- Upload Pictures
- Descriptions
- Details.

++ Feature Property
- Ability to select a feature property for home page.

++ Browse Properties.
- Ability to browse properties based on location, static pages.

++ Admin functions for moderating properties.
++ Newsletter & featured property functions.

There are some free scripts out there that do some of these and other scripts that do the rest. I want a full designed + working website using a free/paid script with most of the above specs.

Im looking to pay under 400$ for this if possible.

NonProphet, Well If I get a script I could design something or get a designer so thats not a problem. There are free scripts out there that does most of this stuff, I just can't find them.
