I'm looking for a script. Prefer free but would pay. I don't know what to call this script. So I'll just describe it.
I'd like to be able to input all the bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels for a geographic location (say a very small town) as a framework. And then for me, or the bar, restaurant, club, hotel owner to be able to add info to their entry, which might include still photos, videos, descriptions of the business, and maybe other stuff, like special offers etc. Also to have visitors to post their experiences about each establishment, who could also post stills or videos, and give it a rating. The users postings would be separate from the owners/my postings, but obviously related. Everyone needs to be logged in to post. My postings would be placeholders for actual owners postings. Establishments might have all four categories of business, and it would be nice if they could also add their own categories, if for instance they had sporting activities.
I used ELGG for a different project, which might work for this too, but it was so prone to spamming, that I took the website down (well also because it didn't take off). So a fireproof registration system is a must.
Does anybody know of any script that might be out there to fulfill these requirements. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
