I´m sorry but thats not a good name in my opinion and I would not buy such a url because I´m afraid the Google guys would categorize this as a spam url. I know you don´t wont hear such negative statements.
Maybe there are buyers wich aren´t so careful and need such a address for a limited time or whatever to make money.

Perhaps it could mean "business to business" (b2b) and have info on that area of marketing?
