Hey,

Well, if the Burj al Arab hotel won't buy it from you or if you dont develop it into a site that's related to that hotel i think it's only worth reg fee.

Are u kidding? :) Burj Al Arab wouldn't buy a .net or .org when they have a .com.. (burj-al-arab.com) - if they would buy anything it would be the burjalarab.com. A 7 star hotel don't aim for nothing but the best :) burjalarab.com or nothing. but they seems happy with their current name.

but his domain(s) would be nice for adwords..

Unfortunately the dot com version is only a parked page which probably lowers the value.

Try the correct url

http://www.burj-al-arab.com and that redirects to Jumeirah hotels , the owner of the version without the hyphens no doubt makes a few $'s from his parking page ;)

From $700 per night they will only go for the best :gl:

Don't see much traffic ,if any ,going to the .net/.org
