Nope, It will give you privacy on even 100 domains as far as I know, Just go to your domain control panel before checking out and check all domains - add privacy and now update cart by applying privacy to all 105 domains I do it all the time :yell:

Does this work for renewals too, or only new registrations? Is there a way to still allow the e-mail to be forwarded to you with godaddy private reg?

You should get e-mail when private.
