i would like to send bulk emails to various holiday accommodation establishments in SELECTED areas of the world. does anyone know what service i can use for this?

Anyway, if I can give a suggestion, I would be really really carefull when sending out spam mails.

no, i'm not interested in SPAM mailing

i want to pay for a service that allows me send an email to hotels who signed up for updates if such a service exists

Targeted or opt in E-mail . I dont really care for it but you can do a search on google and im sure you will find what you like. Like most opt-in emails someone signs up for something on a site but doesnt read the disclaimer that your address may be past on to other affiliates for additional offers...So i still say its spam. That normally goes for a consumer. You may have a harder time finding opt-ins for established holiday companies do to the fact that they marketing dept dont wanna be bothered.
